
In a powerful birthday message, Hon. Spencer O. Okpoye, Commissioner representing the Ijaw Ethnic Nationality on the board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), has extolled High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, describing him as “a symbol of hope, resilience, and unity” for the Ijaw people.
